Just look at charts or trading ranges of both pairs their is no way the gbp and gbp/jpy move in parity.

USD/JPY price X GBP/USD price = GBP/JPY price

Try that formula and see what you get .

the pair is driven by gbp will agree with that. Just look at cross over on charts you can see that. But she has her own personally as all pairs do. Anyway up over 2% today on my scaled batch hedge system i developed so how bad is it?

As Prime Minister, I think he has reacted well since announcing the first bank re-capitalisation plan last year. Indeed, he has been slightly ahead of the curve compared to other world leaders, many of whom originally buried their heads in the sand only to have since copied his ideas. My gripe against recent policy is the ineffective 2.5% on VAT, which is a costly and wasted opportunity. Also, I believe that David Cameron and George Osborne have come across as impotent and out of touch in the past six months, with only Vince Cable providing credible opposition.

However, I think one can rightly criticise Brown for some of the decisions he made as Chancellor of the Echequer, none of which did anything to stem the massive credit and housing bubble that was engulfing the economy. Criticism is also due against his imprudent management of the public finances during this tenure, where he failed to set money aside for the bad times, due to a misguided belief that we had somehow left boom and bust behind.

anyone whose been trading G/U and G/J shouldnt make a statement like that prof.No one talking about parity.The charts make this even clearer.

Parity in this case means that they are moving 1to1 or pip for pip and you know that is NOT happening. It wasn't referring to value of pair.

gbp/jpy carry is looking good. She has textbook double bottom on monthly and lowest levels here in 25 years. Risk is breaks 25 year low of 128.33 she free falls and than gbp goes with her

Just check out the 15 min charts for the pairs and youll see what I mean.Of course they never move pip for pip dude,theyre different pairs.

Okay, I thought by saying he needed to "stand up and be counted", you were implying he's not doing something that he should be doing with current policy?
