I also have this spike on ODL markets charts. Also have it on my IG index chart and they quote the price as 4315. WTF!!

standing on the sidelines - don't see this getting past 4900
before heading south, but we shall see - nobody knows for sure

This is one of those times that it is a good idea to keep an eye on the Footsie and Dow futures. They are all up sharply due to the confidence that seems to have resulted in the Tarp bailout vote in the US last night. The futures are hovering a bit now so if the link holds then this may range as it is really high now. Gonna love the sell off later tho. Its nice to have Cable at a profitable sell level again...but not yet

It's just the contango on the futures contract, as they move from showing the Feb 09 to Mar 09 contract, as their benchmark quote.

Ok. Thanks. It did seem odd as my news feed keeps quoting WTI crude as being in the $30's.

It was just a quick mention, that's all.

However, Cable is heavily influenced by movements in other assets, meaning movements in crude, other commodities and equities are very relevant, due to historical correlations.

What aspect of Cable would you like to discuss, Piti?

Seeing a lot of people talking about selling. I really am wondering where you guys are getting your sell signals from. From my Chart(which am having problems pasting) i can't see any more sell for today. We might even see 1.5xxx. Good luck to y'all.

Short 1.4915 ! Locked +8 pips ( already hit now) because I still think up till at leats R3 1.4949 ! I maybe wrong !
