I've had it with Alpari guys... (I only use their MT4) not as my brok.ers.

Again no feed!

Could someone recommend me a few charting software that are user friendly and reliable? I have noticed that on MT4 TLs tend to change place on different TFs... what is a good charting software to use? (no need to be free)

Or for MT4 another broker other than Alpari (but like Alpari whose demo does not expire) to get MT4?

Sorry Bakula, I would love to help but I have never had the need to investigate a complaint like this. I always keep a tight stop and target good entries so I frequently cut before my stop is reached unless it is set to BE. I would complain in this case that 40 pips slippage is totally unacceptable.

Best of luck with it. I hope you money management was good and you have not sacrificed too much on the trade?

Money management, yes, i had traded 5% of acc but wasnt worried as i was in profit...

yeah i had 5130 as support its the 61.8 fib from yesterday. But i expect it to be broken too esp the way the 15min candles have formed well below the trendline
