yeah it's a bit weird isn't it! how are you doing Navin- good holiday period?! I've been trading usd/jpy for a little while so haven't been on here too often + gave myself a little break over the christmas period.

My feeling is that if euro contrinues to drop, the pound has got to follow sooner or later- I always imagine the euro and pound are joined with an elastic band, the more one pulls away from the other the more tension it creates.

Also I think it might be a case of buy the rumour sell the fact in anticipation of the rate decision, we shall see.

Anyway if you couldn't tell from all that, I'm short!

my daily chart doesnt get a new candle till 12 tonight which is in 2 hours for me. my 4hr closed out blullish but it was also very bullish and on jan 1st

yesterday i have wrong see the chart so i take short at 1.474
any advise for me? what should i do? should i keep untill the pound news coz it sound be bad. be the trend it quit confirm to go up. i really confuse

Not confused. Unprepared is more accurate. I understand you perfectly.

In fact, that is exactly how I sound when I don't enter a stop. Word for word.

If you're still short@ that level, put in a stop and don't get bent outta shape.
You've got profit and with a stop, the very worst that could happen is you don't lose any money.
Lock in a few pips while you're at it. You sound worried. Don't trade like that.

Make up your mind right now what you can tolerate in terms of risk.
How much, what price, how long, all of those things.

Always do that on every trade, or atleast on some risk management level of a group of trades.

Nobody here can tell you what you really wish to hear, that is: what the market is going to do.
We all wish that. Even if someone tells you, how do you know they're right ?

This is your money, my friend. You should take better care of it. Don't you agree ?

I don't want to make you mad at me, just get yourself mad and determined enough to
not allow your account to blow up or margin call. Protect your money.

All the advise I can think of at the moment. Hope it helps.
