40 pips is nothing
So it definitely depends on your preference as a trader. I take the pips as I see it.... whether it is 40 pips at a time or 200-300 pips at a time...

Oh I disagree with this one.... I have made several 30-50 pips trades between last night and now which amount to well over 350 pips so far this trading day...

I agree with you both..it is just a trading style...some take it off the table..some let it ride...I'm a little of both.

I agree with you both..it is just a trading style...some take it off the table..some let it ride...I'm a little of both.

Yes, agreed!!....what one would take 10-15 trades to accomplish, I like to do in two trades.........so I guess, yes, it all depends on the individual style.

i predicted EURGBP fall today, but never expected such a huge movement though. Hope it continues down although hope who longed are able to get out 
I never thought that it wouldnt go to exact parity ( on the first try anyways) even though it came so damn close. although it still might i hope it doesnt.
reason being, if everyone expects parity then they probably bought well before that ( especially large banks) and now that parity is so close they will be selling since they know that there is always gonna be some who will try to get on board.
also i think it can be assumed that alot of people who bought earlier will try to unload their positions at 1.00 and if they all do it at the same time its going to be messy and costly so big money trying to unload before parity while there is still some buying.
just my 2 rubles.
