my target 15270, shorted just below the short term trendline at around 15500.

You have a nice position, but I don't see it going to 5270. You'll find buyers around 536x area. Not that it will stop it from going to 5270, with your entry around 5500 you'll be able to handle the whipsaw effect around that price level.

I have been doing that for weeks now and it seems to work- but my last 3 trades today - i got out at break even

need a coffee

losing my touch

I am just bagging 60 bucks at a time and converting it to new cameras and safeway wine

thanks, you got anything on? I'll probably trail it down a bit to lock in some profit.
Usually with my target, its just more of an ideal scenario sort of thing, there should be the potential to reach that level and the level usually needs to be quite far away to make the trade worthwhile, but i'll trail my trades with new local tops and bottoms or sometimes MA's. So if it does get to a certain levell and reverses, say 15360 or something, i'll have most of the move locked in and re-evaluate.

I'm flat at the moment. My pip basket is full today of 447 green pips. I wasn't going to trade anymore after my shorts paid off, but there have been some nice moves that I couldn't resist.

Good job on managing your moves! You have to be adaptive to this environment were in at the moment. I pointed out the 5360 area because of the 1h 62ema is around that price and near the bottom of the upwards channel we've been working in the 1h channel. I myself will be looking for longs around that price.

At the moment though, I hope you get over 100 pips on your trade.

lol, actually closed the trade, 2 reasons.
1. i think it will go up a bit before it goes down
2. its rollover time, so I would have to pay an extra spread anyway, so thought better get out and choose an entry I like.

Nothing wrong with taking green pips off the table. With triple interest today, I don't blame you there either. I try have my trades closed out before triple interest hits as well!

yes it suits me but its slowed right down now

euro at 1.44 for the night i reckon

i will probaly close the short which is slightly negative and is stuck right now

might trim it and leave it overnight with reasonable t/p s/l if it doesnt move

the DOW seems to have broken its correlation for some reason

the rules have changed !
