I expect GJ to recover today (has recovered 100+ out of the 300pips down). But as volume will get back slowly, it's going to take a good while. I'm still holding longs at every 9X we travelled through today

That's funny... Have a look at the long positions spike just above 9400... Everybody jumpping in the bandwagon

We're not alone....

  1. Top-right quadrant: Long positions that were entered into at a price above the current price
    (These positions have a negative unrealized P/L).
  2. Bottom-right quadrant: Short positions that were entered into at a price above the current price

bottom trendline drawn from 9182(pink) & 9258(yellow),which r parallel lines where price bounced from yellow line & got support at pink line & right now price is fighting to go ahead this yellow line............looking yellow line to act support as it acted before.............good sign for bulls

Just to keep it clear: I didn't post Oanda's chart as to blame anyone. Just to show how obvious was to everybody to long from 9400 up at that time.

I am going short @ 21 looking for 20 pips as I am pretty sure it will go to 300 pre-london opening....I have my stop just 15 pips above this ie @ 35

I'm banking partial profits since 9260s. I didn't want to do that for they would be amazing trades in case of bulls getting back.

BUT

In case Bears return as furious as today, those trades have all it takes to become big losses after big profits... And I don't want to smoke all the cigarrettes that would be required in this case.

March 13 (Bloomberg) -- The yen strengthened for a second day on speculation traders are unwinding carry trades with funds borrowed in Japan as concern a U.S. mortgage lender will go bankrupt erodes demand for riskier assets.
Japan's yen gained against 12 of the world's 16 most actively traded currencies as New Century Financial Corp., the second-biggest subprime mortgage lender in the U.S, yesterday said it doesn't have the cash to pay creditors who are demanding their money.
``People are more risk averse and this is supporting the yen,'' said Rob Hustler, director of foreign exchange sales at ABN Amro Holding NV in Sydney. ``The yen will go higher.''
The yen climbed to 117.47 per dollar as of 7:55 a.m. in Tokyo compared with 117.74 in New York yesterday. Japan's currency strengthened to 154.98 per euro from 155.27. It will rise to 115 in coming weeks, Hustler said.
