i read trading in the zones and its helping me!...so far so good still short from yesterday i went sleep and didnt even think of the trade..
if i can get to the stage where emotion is reduced big time then it will be just like demo in theory and then i can concentrate on the right setups..and hopefully things can change...

My Target is .4721 not sure it will make it but I am hoping, I moved my stop to .4798 just above the daily pivot I figure if gets above the pivot again I do not want to be in it any longer at least not in a short position for awhile

(Duh, i'm sure it's everyones)... I'm finally practicing what it says.
Have you ever read it before? When i was first trading i was told STOP
everything... (Shoulda listened!).

Nice one! If you can get to grips with the emotional side of your trading, which will reduce your impulsive side to jump into trades/hedges etc, you will achieve great success.

the trick is to realise that anything can happen and will..
U see i thought all this time trading and getting a lossing trade was about me not knowing or having great knowledge to trade, with couldnt be further from the truth, any1 can have successfull trades because its probability and it really is just that simple.....u just have to accept the risk yur willing to accept to find out if yur right..
the head needs to be right otherwise u just wont be able to keep the money

i should be so lucky...the market is nothing but data and u need to see that the market is a zero some game, in a sense u are playing a game of probability..and u just have to play the game and if yur edge is good u should come out on on top

very good book, i'm actually going through it 2nd time myself now.more to the topic, I agree with people that 1.5 area is possible today, going to start building long position from here ( 1.4780 ) and my hard stop loss would be 1.4670.
