alright nav, I think you need only do 1-3 trades a day, or even non if there is no setup. I missed this mornings downmove as I was travelling to work and then only just did 1 trade, sell at 1 oclock on the 15min for 40ish pips and am now sitting waiting. I didn't take any longs after the big downmove as I was busy when any confirmation came up on the 15m. I think that you might be overtrading and trying to be in a trade all the time. This was where I fell apart, but now I am waiting for a near perfect setup before entering and even though I am missing...

Set SL at + something... you are the one stressing over a trade and your broker gets paid!

I know you don't like your brokers so think about it...

Agree man. Do not easy turn STRONG DOWN TREND within 2 weeks to be UP TREND within a few hours only, ofcourse except just only scalp !

I only trade XAU/USD. Based on USD news & Fib SR & BB20

Hey Micho, I'm in your train man. She is trapped between a fib and a resistance level. With the Dow getting Bernanke nerves now we should see some more pippage but it may have to be a 40 pip scalp.
