Seems we are all rather unobservant! Myself included. My FXTimes program has been in the public domain for over 2 years now. Yesterday I suddenly noticed an anomaly in the date display. I have made the necessary correction and the revised program is attached for you enjoyment. Happy trading!

P.S. The basic Java application FXTimes.jar should run on any platform but I am not sure how it runs on Vista. I will check it at the end of November and if there are any problems I will try to resolve them.

I was wondering how you guys are trading DIBS from the 4hr. Are you still using only the first 9-10 hours from the daily open, because if you are that's only 2-3 bars you can trade off of.

Is anyone here trading DIBS from the 4hr and sticking to those time constraints or are you taking setups you see at any time of day.

Loving this method, still demoing on the 1hr and it's going good, I was just looking at the 4hr and wondering how others were treating it.

Went off the 5GMT DIB long on GJ. Took 1:1 R/R and in free trade now. Some resistance around 145.90 - 146.21. Might TP just under that.

Similar play on GU pair, but didn't have the funds to play.

What? Just follow the DIBS, thats all man! Read this whole thread for starters
Sure there are not much longer winner runners because its ranging, but at least you break even if you follow DIBS method. You could also take partial profits like 2/3 on 1:1 or TP at 50p or 100p. I my self will try keep positions open and wait for a "runner"

Yes, your setups seems fine. This fast spike happened on all major pairs. I was already on a GJ long from the mornings (london open) IB, so i did not do anything or add any positions, it has been up to 300+ pips and i havent yet taken any profits. I want to start trailing it longer time if possible. Lets see if this is longer term bull

How come you are already with positions? I dont see any IB's on your chart that qualify as DIBS

Yes your right, my30marahaba is trading something other that dibs
No setups DIBS setups yet. Btw, you draw your "beginning of day" wrong, its supposed to be 6gmt(2 hours before London opens), which was 45 minutes ago!
thank you johto. so we enter after 6 gmt and if price is above the daily open we go only long and if down we go only short . right ?
