yeah actually if i had stuck to my "normal" guns i would have done fine. i would have cleared at least 1 trade for 100 and prob a couple others for 30-50 or so, but instead i started trading a new scalping system that me and some of my trading partners have been working on. Over all i was doing ok, but then got stuck in a trade i couldn't exit quick enough then had several negative trades that were bigger than my winners.
oh well..press on. just don't have bad days like this often

think i may not trade for another 24 hours. i have a bad confidence hit and actually feel like i'm going to throw up..

I hate days like that! Sometimes it's like a snowball effect and you can't get out. You'll be fine though! Remember, losses are a part of every business. It's the end result that matters! How many photos did you throw away on your last shoot? It's the same here bro!
