eohater, they are placed over daily, weekly and monthly chart. those fibo are expansions placed from bottom to top of every retracement the cable did. we cross 61.8 Monthly fibo, and 50 MF and today cross below the 38 MF, rebound in a large support trendline, and still are below of it. from bottom we could expect a rebound at least til 1.60, maybe 1.65, just to consider a retracement and not a change of trend because of the rebound in the trendline.

Thank you though! I don't really rely upon Fibs. Just movement of price and my MA's that I'm falling in love with!

I'm thinking ar'nd the 6040 area should be a good short as it was last major support before this large downmove.. I am just watching for the moment though but I think next week will be good...!!!

Great, i learn a lot of you and your charts!! Would you tested the 62 bollinger 3 deviation to set your TP?... just test it...

EO, I took a look at your charts from yesterday, briefly, but was in an EJ trade which yielded a few hundred pips even with an early exit. I WISH I had been in GU though. I rely almost totally on Fibs and daily pivots and it works pretty well for me, but I am just learning and need that extra edge to start feeling comfortable and get more successful. I'll be looking at your charts this weekend and trying to understand how you do it, and hopefully combined with my Fibs, will really start to succeed. Right now I'm just holding my head, with a slow bleed of my account.

i just looked at the monthly and i reckn we could see this and the dip it all depends on the monthly close and what happens on dailly in this area, it could be retrace time

it cant just keep falling like this.....

anyways this is what i see so far:

I've been saying that since the 15th of July. Here we are 3 months later and she's still falling. Anything is possible bro. Just trade what you see.

Here is the weekly chart after the close..... with the present conditions, it is best to wait for price action to show the way before jumping in. We had a massive bearish weekly candle but it also shows a bounce off the 76.4 fib level. Conditions are os and turning up on the weekly and dailies too, so a significant retracement could be on soon (I wouldn't bet on it though). I think the fact that we closed below 1.6000 is significant but how much so is yet to be seen. The way things are going, I wouldn't rule out a 100% move back to 1.3700 area in the coming months...

Anyway, it's that time again so whether you made pips or lost pips this week, release some stress by going out, relaxing and PARTYING....

I might buy some at zero, or wait for it to go negative like some US bonds.

Does negative mean i get paid to take a truckload of gbp away and get paid for doing it is in USD ? I suppose it means i spend $100 buying GBP but that GBP has an obligation to pay Mr darling a sum of money

Think when it gets to $1.1= £1 i will go and live at 'Ilkley moor baht 'at ' and buy a mansion with a swimming pool for a fistful of dollars

can't wait for my next UK visit - the pub will be empty - no standing in line - and the beer will be 10 cents a barrel

amazing how the US fixed its twin deficits, wars, failing car industry/manufacturing etc etc and came out smiling and on top again... and they said it could not be done


or did it..... bad news for wind farms /solar/ electric cars/t boone pickens - oil is cheaper than bottles of spa water again
