Losses are a part of the business! Go back in your trade history and your charts to see what you did wrong. It'll probablly pop right out at you. According to my math you still netting 146 pips for the day. That's good money!

The money isnt quite what it seems as some of the looses were of a bigger lot size than some of the gains, (would have been nice if it was vice versa) though it is important that I did come out in credit. In future I will always stick to the same lot size until my fund size is large enough for me to up the anti on the proviso that my winning days are consistent.

Lot sizes....oh how I know the feeling. It seems that everytime I increase my lot sizes I lose more trades. I know it's all psychological but it happens. My hardest transition was to trade 8 lots at a time. I still don't do it that often. I've found my comfort zone with 3-5 lots on the intial trade and then add to it as the trade moves in my favor more.

Expecting a large move some time after 8pm EST, (1am GMT)

It is not often that the Asian session gets a major news event out of the U.S. and..........

I would not leave any trades open..... at least have a good stop.

Until this channel breaks with at least 2 1 hr candles above, I'm just looking for short opportunities. I'd rather be the last one to the long party and stay with the short crew dancing and drinking champagne. LOL. But seriously I'd rather wait for shorting opportunities on cable than buying it at these levels.

May I ask why you target 17610 because I am short at the moment and my target is the 100% fib 17634. But to give myself some space I set my limit @17644. Have set this on a t/s as I will be sleeping soon, but because this pair can be quite volatile it may blow me out on the t/s without much gain But then on the other hand it could be 1 pip short of my target then turn back on me and end up a loosing trade.

my target woud be set to 7645 unless i had good reason to believe it would breach 7600 at which point i would set my target to 7585

for anybody who pays attention, my MT4 demo has a new swap and it's quite costly.
i had a 6 lot demo open. I ended in BE but the negative swap was $334. compared to a single lot from a few weeks ago at $18... CRAZY!!!!

Your targets look good for me, but its gone midnight here now, so i will most likely be asleep when/if target is hit. (fingers crossed) Will be around for the next hour then back at it around 1:30 EST
If I could I would like to be watching price and adding to trade every 30 pips.
