Hey man, dont give up on the 15min wave 3 just yet....it needs to break down thru 9478 to invalidate the count.

So far all we have is a failure of the 5min wave 3 and looking at all those tiny little candles after the first BOE driven fall, not everyone´s convinced its a down day.

Of course, if HC shorts Big Time it´ll break down.....but who knows what´ll happen after the CPIand FOMC. I think I´ll stay out....even though the higher lows on the 1m were mighty tempting

Yeah you're right, it's still possible that all we've seen so far was just mini wave 2, but it has retraced almost all of mini wave 1. I rarely see near-fully-retraced wave 2 in the past. But who knows.

Another possibility is, this whole thing from Monday to 9590 today's top was a single wave (subwave 1), and it formed a leading diagonal triangle (5-3-5-3-5 pattern) with a truncated mini wave 5. And we're still in subwave 2 now.

Either case, I'll wait and see now, it's too late to enter any trade now anyway. Thanks for your informations.

Closing below 9570 (actually closed 9568) is a confirmation of a pin-bar and it is an indication that price will reverse direction...

[US CPI - WHAT HAPPENED?] Changes to headline and core measures had to be rounded up to get 0.2% and 0.3% gains, respectively. Before rounding, they came in at 0.174% and 0.256%. It wouldn"t take much to turn the core change into a 0.2% gain, as was expected. There is probably more than normal attention to rounding today, because BLS has expanded its calculation of the change in CPI to 3 decimal places from 2 last year. (...)

Nope... just getting back the lots that were stopped out at 9530. If it goes up today and go through 9530, it is likely to make new highs today...

Just a thought. Must me backed up on techis.

I dont see that big deal CPI to thrown Cable down the hole... I mean below 9450 or 9430... WTF? This is no NFP

As I said before, Cable is overreacting on GBP-negative / USD-positive news... There are dip buyers reported to be below 9400 for days now... Theymust be pissed off by now...

Could be a dbl bottom, I need my 9 and 20 ema's to cross on 5 min and MACD before I get in....lets see what happens.

BTW, have you been to the Carnival yet this year?

Carnival is a countrywide party. Rio de Janeiro has the most famous but São Paulo's is also nice.

I just kept hanging out with friends, drinking (lots) of beer and enjoying the whether that was F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C during those last few days - by the pool for sure...
