1H & 4H QQE crossed downwards and price is below Gann HiLo, are we preparing ourselves to ride down? or someone have another opinion?
I recommend you read something else as this sentence is now concluded.

at the very least we should see a return to 477 as a test of that low or close to it.

I say that out of exp. I have been studying GBP/USD ONLY for a year now. GU likes to hit highs and lows twice before it figures out what it's doing.
Don't get me wrong, on occasion it bounces only one time but that's not often.

I can also say with certainty that 90+% of the time, when it crosses a "zero" mark (e.g. 1.8500...it will usually go to the .xx85 area {if going down} and return to .xx25 area before it continues down or .xx25 area {if going up} and return to the .xx85 area before it continues up.

i hope that last part makes sense

if you go to the 5M charts you can see this more clearly. you are welcome to test my notes on this and give me your feedback.

Bernanke makes the point that the wonky assets do have a value and the cost to the taxpayers should be much less than zero

In other words it will have less cost than what the UK is doing by only lending against the assets

In reality I bet they both end up at break even at best but where are they getting the money ?

If UK and US both borrow from China etc then it's a wash for cable ?

I would go with that except for the reliance on financial mkts for the UK

they will feel a bigger down draught

hum yes so gbp short from a fundy viewpoint for me

now come on cable and get back on the downtrend so this will be really easy

i would rather say 1.8450, but that's just my opinion, there's something about 50 or 500 that has an effect on currencies, stocks etc
