Thanks. This may sound crazy but you just explained to me how Gold and oil correlate to the e/u. Good info to know. I will begin to do my research to broaden my knowledge so I can be better equiped to trade forex. Thanks again, I appreciate the help and advice.

1 min chart showing a confirmed bear flag with targets around 1.4650.. where there are a lot of fibs and a round number.... 1.4650 seems a nice short target or long entry.

my current analysis is this....been flirting with that 38.2% level...if it becomes resistance as it looks like its doing....a continuation to 50% or 61.8% is in sight (careful though we are in bull territory big time)

There is no real resistance before 1.460 - 462 so this might very well go there before the next leg (whereever it is)

Pivots good till 5pm EST.

Plot them on your chart and see if they work for you as targets or entries if you don't have anything else to do.

Multiple shorts from +4800 and below and initially looking for 50% retrace at 4500ish per chart I posted much earlier today... and scaling out as I go, if not tonite then whenever.

Sorry but the pivots were goofed up as my calculation time had slipped an hour. Previous ones were in error... I deleted that chart and reposted them, they are now correct.

I did the exact same thing when I saw that bar. Gonna sit out for right now. I'm up 51 pips right now, so if nothing sets up before I go to sleep, then I will call it a day.

good idea...protecting gains is crucial in forex and the only way to do so is waiting for the next good trade...if it does not present itself...take a break
