I absolutely can’t agree with that, long term is LONG, middle term was short but after confirmation of that monthly pin bar it will be history, short term or intraday is long.
I only talk about what I have on my charts and that is what I trade.
Are we talking about the same currency pair, mine is EUR/USD.

As the light oil going just straight up to 125.80$ now eurusd to test first 1.4820 resistant & if not break then possibly 1.4959 today.
Just waiting for the confirm break to short only . till then watch & watch.

Oil is a madman, but I doubt it will sustain rally. This is a SAFE haven bet for people panicking to get out of markets, into gold, NYMEX

i fully agree....it is directly corelated to the ban on short selling implemented last thursday....people cant short anymore...they dont want to buy stocks either since its still a nasty situation so what do they do...they go where there is money to be made...commodities and currencies

Oil is not +25 today. It is +$4.275 ATM. NYMEX crude front contract. How many times do I need to say it.

Edit: It is +$6.20 ATM look in wrong spot.

Oil trades in the month of october tomorrow. Options expire and big hedge funds having to buy back options. Thats the rumor

Oil ends trading in the October contract tomorrow, you mean.

Then that is different, special situation, short squeeze. But most of the volume has moved to the Nov'08 contract. So this is the price going forward and that affects future delivery of gasoline.

They keep saying it starts in the october contract. Still don't understand all the cotract stuff new to all this.

I'm not into oil, but at
http://www.livecharts.co.uk/MarketCharts/crude.php you clearly have two separate choices of quotes, one is labeled "Brent" and the other simply "Light"

The Light price is what the talking heads seem to be using, and the Brent price is very close to your quote. Everyone seems to be correct, but I have no idea who is right...

I don't think we are seeing repricing here.

If we were - the US failures should put this pair above .6.

I just don't see that happening.

I like steak... medium rare... baked potato with enough butter so the tater disappears.

doesnt look like euro is retracting. short closes at 1.4815. who knows where this rollercoaster is going.
