I'm out, too. For the week..

Made a small profit at 9510, but was aiming 9560 (!!!!) the 4hr 250EMA.

Got B/E in this last one... DAMN! on waiting since tomorrow for this.... Frustrating...

So strong a support at 9480 to find THAT strong a resistance 20 pips above?

My thoughts are: Friday, stop hunting. I'm running for cover...

Hehe.....shorted g/u again at the highs... I seldom long g/u....cause i think I dun think it will up much anyway.

I hate, too.. However, during whole week this goddamned pair was boosted onevery single news and I skipped them.

Now that I decided to go in, for so lousy forecast (CONFIRMED) AND previous revised down and we get this BS....

PPI and Core PPI are right in line with expectations.
PPI -0.6%
Core PPI +0.2%
However, Housing Starts and Building Permits were awful, both well below expectations.

lol , humor is good sometimes coz you will go nuts trying to make sense of price in fx.

All of this has nothing to do with fundi , james16, or moutaki, or vegas or what ever.

I did mine on a breakout ( look for srdc 1 and 3 here @ FF)...if you can find the thread.

But now, prior to the news....It all has to do with stop hunting and theives and devils dancing arround.

Sometimes, its best not to trade.

edit: (added) ... i may get long only if it breaks asia high ( where all my vegas 144/166 ma, 50 to 60 fibs is there , my TL on 1 hr, 84 sma per srdc , 618 sma per srdc, 62ema (per bogavino ) all are cluttered. all in 15 min. ...real good resistance

if key support is breached, may get short just to harvest 20-30 pips coz i know i will be late...i definitly will be away during the news....

BTW, I was demoing a strategy here, too. Put a buy stop at 9521 (Fra open) with stop at 9491.

Got the first triggered and then stopped out, almost at the pip!

It is a strategy I'm thinking of for sometime and seems to work fine. But it is a terrible strategy when the market gets confined within a tight range.

Today high low was 9540 / 9470. The low was boosted by Yen carry. Would have been 9480 wasn't for this..

This is a 70 pips range day. This strategy works for 80 pips out of Frankfurt open, only...

Too good was only a demo.

The real deal was the BS I told you, because I pulled the plug for B/E

Major support holding @9470-9475 - bottom rounding, although it is friday gotta be quick, looking to go long to 9625 level, will enter first one now(9484) - no leverage with stop @ 9460 - will add on confirmed turn, and get out at stop.
