Yesterday turned out to be the biggest daily fall in cable since feb 2004...397pips off it's 9036 intraday high.....a major reaction to BOE mthly inflation report.. Yesterday's Daily candle was the 9th consecutive bearish candle (where close is lower than the open) in this fall from 2.0157. I mentioned yesterday that it is unusual to exceed to 9 consecutive bullish/bearish candles on any t/f, and that I wouldn't be surprised to see a bullish candle today.

Intraday so far, price has found support at the 61.8% of the longer term7040-1162 move that started in Nov 2005 and ended at that 2.1162 high in Nov 2007.

Price has exceed the 23.6% of yesterdays fall after earlier resistance there 8720 area and now finds resistance at this minor 1hr swing low area 8735, with offers likely extending to 8750. Above here and 8770-8780 houses 2 x fibs being the 38.2% of yestersdays fall and the 23.6% of the fall from 9257

115pips off that 8619 bottom so far today.
