One encouraging thing is that gbp/euro correlation seems to be re-established...

I used to use the timing diff to trade cable when euro moved - and I havent done that for a year or so..think i will do some again

I don't think so either but this is one hell of a bounce. I don't see yet what caused such a big bounce but I think it is mainly profit taking and we may see a reversal soon for the same reason. This is shaking out all weak positions before a bigger move one way or the other....

I wasn't saying it's closed.. i was saying its beautiful.. As in looking like when it closes if it keeps up like this, "it will be beautiful" ..

yeah i did ..i thought if it goes to 1.9900. i'll have a go ..so far its seems to be ok ..but concerned about if its going to brake this pivot (1.9797)

agreed ....US is sounding optimistic but 80% of california house sales are repos !

CNBC says the near recession is all over and it's blue skies from now on - predicting 2% GDP for Q3

Is it really all over and the birds are singing again ?

That is one sweet price! Good job bro ! I closed my long out at 1.9900. I didn't feel confortable taking it short then, but I did feel confortable taking my 50 pips off the table.

Perhaps the market will just collapse exhausted onto the daily channel base line as usual and stay there quivering with fear and anticipation

196xx sounds intersting.. can you hook it up w/ a chart?

I'm not sure who else battles with these thoughts but I do. I do ask myself if I'm confident to close out this positive position, then I should be confident to enter a reverse order. My system says not to and wait for confirmation of the reversal with the next 4 hour candle. I have found by waiting I can usually get back into the reversed position near the same price I closed.
