I hope everyone has had a good weeks trading.
Its been a real good week on cable for me .
We have got a bullish pin today which signals the end to the current run down. There is a bearish Outside bar on the weekly coming off very close to that major falling TL which would suggest more set backs overall. I suppose that major weekly falling TL needs to be touched and tested at some point to prove its worth as its only a 2 point touch right now.
In fact the Dollar has gained strength across the board as the Fed signal an end to rate cuts and homes in on inflation which must be ripping away right now way more than the numbers suggest. Whether they mean it or not is another story...but Oil certainly looks stopped in in its tracks.
When you look at the daily chart on price action this year it has been distinctly flat range bound but in general working down.
The thorn in the side right now is the Daily USD-CAD Pin I took which given the material I have been learning should not be the case. I have not played it well as I noticed a 4hr TBLHC right off were you would expect price to stop on breaking the Pin.

3 wins for 3 trades here bones, only chump change sadly, but the brain is able to think logically about trades with zero emotion / fear attached, ohhh do XXXX and hey presto instant cash in my account
Sadly, it's only had this moment of clarity 3 times all week, but in time I hope for 4 or 5 trades per week
Nothing to it, but to do it!!! Stick to the plan FOOL!!!!

I totally agree Turv you really only need a few trades a week to make decent money.I know I way over trade,lol
The interesting thing about emotion is , I have been demo trading USDX the last few weeks starting balance 5k .I have never had a demo account and opened it to watch $ Strength as it is not a chart I have as standard.
So while watchting it I chuck a trade on here and there when I see a set up and there absolutely no stress whatsoever and now the balance is now over 8.5K!!!
My conclusion is the same as yours ditch emotion and find success.
