Perhaps... London Open will give more momentum to break that support at 1.9700 area which is the weekly pivot

OR... can be the other way round

what would really make this day complete for cable bears would be bgood news from US

and possible benny would talk more about inflation fears and hence no more rate cuts

London (LSE) close at 11:30 AM US EST or 16:30 gmt
