I posted charts earlier this week.
If you trade USD currencies based on the price of oil, I think you will be in for a hard fight. Just my opinion. Oil is an anomaly. You should be thinking the other way around..... if the dollar goes up, then oil goes down. Not the other way around. My guess is the price of oil is coming down. Not to mention seasonal factors and huge inventories.
WHen pension funds, and hedgies start pulling their money. Look out below and it WILL happen.
High oil prices hurts the EUROZONE as much as the USD.
In essense, I am a value trader and buying the EURO is not a good value right now.
and not indicators? This is a refreshing view to see. Most traders do not see this part of the equation.
Oh yes, lets not forget the soon to be Iraq factor in the price of oil and its effect on the global economy.
It is afterall an election year in the USA so you must factor that into the market also, now the picture becomes much clearer!!

If the US long bond closes below 115'08 then that would help the short side. Need some offense, looks like buyers are fizzling on the SP. IMM boys ready to run up the 3:00 close to the topside if equities stagnate.

What is the reason behind the idea of a sharp drop in the EUR - read through everything and all I see is DOWN TODAY. DOWN. TODAY. 
There was no real reason for a down move, and with the 2 economic indicators coming from the ECB, it was clear sailing for the EUR to move upward - meaning nothing really from the US to sway the EUR otherwise.
None sense to me either
Anyone can explain why this upmove?

Went long at 1.5470 after new support held nicely at 1.5453. TP at 1.5580 hit just after midnight my time
Looking for a nice re-entry point for another long. I can't see it going down unless is breaks support.
Fx_Genius, you may be right with history repeating itself once again. Charts are certainly pointing that way.

I went SHORT after seeing the Shooting Star CS confirmed by Bearish CS.
Now already BREAKING the support of the RANGING movement.
H1 CS closed below the Daily Pivot.
Almost all my TECHNICAL analysis bias with the BEAR for this pair for this moment.
It might go UP later and this down movement might be just a RETRACEMENT... but I am harvesting some pips for this Bearish Movement.
Let see If the BEAR can penetrate the Weekly Pivot. If it closed below the weekly pivot... my target will be the Yellow RBS line (Resistance Become Support).
IF failed to penetrate the Weekly Pivot... I'll take whatever profit I got and stay side line first. All about Price Action.
Moving down my SL to 1 pip on the Green. Nothing to lose but 1 pip to gain
