oh u mean usd/chf? well.... somebody think it's gonna hit 1.0700 or soemthing so i told him even if it keeps going up i don't think it will reach 1.0700 that's my point. i personally don't see that though.

I was more trying to find out about your statement aobut the three black crows indicating a bearish trend, but in the case of eurusd, it would be different. I didn't know anything about three black crows or what they mean for the near term trend. I certainly don't know why eurusd would be special case and different. But since you mentioned about the usdchf pair, am also curious what you think the pair would do in the near term, i.e. by the end of Friday. Thanks.

diz my oppinion if USDCHF and USDJPY down EURUSD should be up..
but todaY it's differnt situation, which USDJPY,USDCHF and EURUSD

It's too painnful just to have 3 pips each time, but that's a lot better than 30 pips in the red of course.

Were you in long or short? Are you planning on going in again? Where do you think this thing is headed? Been back and forth for a long time now. Can't seem to decide which way it wants to go.

Who knows ? I shorted at 612 now for the longer term (sl 625) plus another small grab off the upper triangle line..

When you trade 1m, you ussualy don't care where it's going Frankly, no idea plus today is Friday so it's no real indication.

EDIT: long off the border line of course. Getting tight in there, not scalping it any more.

I think it will be the US consumer confidence report that will move the pair in some significant way maybe. Or you think it's already factored in? The consumer confidence has been bad from the US.

WOW! I get up and have 2+ pages to read!

A few points I would like to make.
1) ECB want E$ lower.
2) WTI crude oil Still trading $114-$117 range.
3) RBOB gas trading Higher range $2.98-$3.02.
4) My current range chart from last night has a 500-700 range, was 300 last night, now -400 down from top. It might still have 100-300 to go. Yes same chart from last night, should up date it, maybe later.
5) Last news item.

Consumer Sentiment
"Measures consumer attitudes concerning both the present situation and future expectations. It's derived from a monthly 500-person survey conducted by the University of Michigan. Higher sentiment levels are a leading indicator of rising consumer spending, which accounts for two-thirds of the economy."

How in the hell does a 500 person survey in a country of Billions make a statistically valid sample? If this thing shows positive at all they must be calling Bush & his buddy's for the poll.

I don't see anyway it could be a positive number, food prices, gas prices, electricity prices, cable & sat TV and even phone prices are all going up. While first filings for unemployment are down, it doesn't take into account all the people unemployed that have already filed or have had benefits expire and cannot file again.

I live in the Chicago area and have seen more company's closing than I can ever remember. And there are a lot of people looking for work at a lower wage than they were making, some by $20,000.

GM has about 30 plants idled or closed due to a supplier strike. They could easily step in and help the supplier come to an agreement with the union but they have a surplus of cars and being shut down saves them money.

If I were to trade the M1, I would care where it's going and I might have an idea where that might be. Watch out for the current flat line though...
