Today it failed to make new highs, and now has broken bottom of the consolidation range from the 26th,

Down we go lots of support ahead. We'll see.

Never mind, I deleted it.

I saw the same thing I think I posted it somewhere here. 1500 pips correction and then 1500 more equals an AB=CD formation.

I mapped it out and posted it like a month ago.

That chart is a month old. Quoted from a post.

According to that chart it will continue a ranged bound sidways triangle ending next month on the 26th at 1.6050 area. And then yes down.

I'm not talking 200-300 pip move, I mean 500+

Its the same as what your chart says, accept its been layed out with a time line and exact points
And Thats an experiment chart too. I don't take trades off it.

Today one of the greatest european bank swiss UBS. It expected to post first quarter net losses of 12 billion Swiss francs (US$12.1 billion; euro7.65 billion) and would seek 15 billion Swiss francs (US$15.1 billion; euro9.55 billion) in new capital. Switzerland's largest bank, which has been hard hit by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis, also said it sees losses and writedowns of approximately US$19 billion (euro12 billion) on U.S. real estate and related credit positions.

Low kick euro.

You know this is amazing how these fundumentals above get along with the technicals.. btw as I remember, when E/U was doing it's last dive below 1.5 good eur news and quite bad usd news kept coming out and it still plummeted. Most of this market is still speculative, and those guys follow their TA first thing...

hmm... I think that stocks are speculative tools, but macroeconomical data influences on forex and becoming mainly driver. Technical is good for day trading or lesser timeframe, but not for postional moves. Forex is too liquid.

Currencies describing economic situation of the countries. And Central banks are the more powerfull players on this market, and they are looking on the macro data, but not on the trend lines.

I'm just basing what I say on what people say about forex statistics - which is that about 90% of the activity is speculative.

Second time it's happened to me was today. I wouldn't go telling anyone or posting it on a forum, though. Everyone will think you're a nut.

Ooops.
