it seems now that everybody has forgoten the bad news from US.... and gold is very cheap now... I remember with gold at 1000 and everybody saying... gold gold.. go to gold because is secure... heh and now is at 890
Ignored
But 890 is not cheep gold, not when it was only 500-600 a year ago. And that was expensive compared to the 400 the year prior. So Cheep gold would be under 500$

Hello everybody. Just starting my day here and see that we got a nice downtrend going during the London session. I think I will join the party on this bounce off the daily fib level.

Did I mention weekly pivot last night?
Ignored
Nailed it!

While current short time line trend is down, we are still on a long term up trend and the bottom of the trend has been hit quite a few times. Down before up? Most likely. Will it go up for sure? Who knows. Sitting and waiting.

As I described, euro like to make a last rally befor a sharp fast drop. Yesterdays last rally, and last night/this morning drop, I would not recomend a long trade today.
The meeting of the oil company's could send this thing free falling. All the longs bailing out at once in fear of a $ recovery based on a possible decrease in oil prices.

I agree. Given the convergence with short trend (Red/Green) and long trend (Purple) and having gone through weekly pivot (Blue) and mid trend (Yellow). If it breaks through long trend and holds it may be a quick ride down for a while. It also could bounce off of the long trend.

Deutsche Bank Expects Subprime Crisis Losses of $4 Billion
Perfect, and now USA financial crisis gonna take Europe and go together to the bottom.
But USD's price is including recession's risks, but euro isn't. So, little correction will be good for it. EU exporting economy depends of euro prices...

Guys if i tell you something you wouldn't believe me!!

I made the biggest and the dumbest mistake ever!! Instead of doing a buy order at 1.5890, I did a sell at that level. As soon as I entered, I saw my profit column go upto +30 in no time. Only when I looked at the charts to see how high it had gone, did I realise that its actually gone down, and that I went in short. I then let it ride, and placed my S/L at 1.5850 since it was free money. And looking at my profits column now, words can't express my feelings.

Who would have thought you could be rewarded like this for making a mistake.

I think, USD have some chances to correct vs Euro, but he lost ome of authority and central banks will try to find another currencies for investitions.
Gold is trading under 900, it's a signal, that eu will go back to 1.5
