because it might evolve

lets just drop it and little john mate if u have a thread for bullshit e.t.c... just post wat u catch there and post ur opinions on cable here.(im sure everbody would like to hear ur opinion)

People, if your discussion about his trades means anything to me, this means you are newbies, not him.. and i am not defending him.

You do not need to have one trade at a time, no one said so. He might have opened his short for a medium term, then went long short term.. both are profitable trades.

At the moment, i have 4 GBP positions as follows:
- Buy 0.4 @ 1.9918
- Buy 0.2 @ 2.0031
- Buy 0.1 @ 1.9328
- Sell 1.5 @ 2.0174

Those are open for ages, i do not consider them even when i am discussing things around here.. besides those, i do scalp a lot. In his case probably, some positions he opens today gets closed tomorrow, which adds to his
tomorrow's statistics that number of pips (closed trade report, if anyone knows what this is)

I went five months straight without taking a loss. The times that I did, was when I pulled the trigger too early.

Allright matey lets talk cable..tell me do you have fear of heights...just go back to your posts and invariably all you talk about is cable going down. The bleeding thing makes a new high after new high and all you talk about is that its going down. Do you have some way out of the money puts in cable??

matey if u notice i never entered the market for cable except twice in the last 2 weeks and it was one short which i stopped at 9800 and another buy position which i quickly closed because of what king said.

so u better read well especially when i said i was LONG.

I'm fairly sure everyones smart enough on here to take postings of pips made with a huge pinch of salt, not saying anyone is lying, but does it really matter.

I for 1 have made ZERO trades this week, only had time for 2 quickies last week for 47pips in total


Decks should be clear for next week though to focus on hopefully!!

Take my advice or don't, it is up to you but me believe me, this market will eat you alive if you don't educate yourself before jumping in.

He is straight to the point
Which I like . I am not saying he is correct but he is not beating around the bush which if you want to say something is the correct way then everybody can move on asap and get back to the real discussion.

Your command of english is very good....so read again what i said...i alluded to your bearish posts. I did not say that you traded short. Am i being a tough guy behind the screen.....nah i am a wimp. Sure we are here to learn and share views....all i was requesting was honesty....losing money...i hope your trading improves and you start making money...i hope everybody here makes money. My intention is not to offend anyone. I just want to point out to all the struggling traders that their struggles are only natural and with time, patience and hard work everybody could enjoy some success. Thanks for the kind words and keep up your honesty.

I am a little disappointed with myself, lol
I said before the news I would bank 3 buys and keep 2.
Well as usual I decided to keep them buys and add another, which is such bad money management.
Right at the top.
I can not watch the market so by the time it had fallen it was to late for me to react and I did not think it would go the bottom as that would muck up the daily trend.
When I saw price had fallen I realised we were in a clear up channel.
So when price got to the bottom of my channel I was too scared to buy.
Anyway I am looking for the daily candle to look half bullish on close before my next move.
I do not want a pin as the daily is now.

guys i think we are at a very important cross road, i just went SHORT at 2.0085

my target is 1.9850 with 60pip stop

i've been at this for a long time, and i see the tecnicals lined up. its one of those occasions where for me trading is easy, or either i'm stopped out or hopefully i get +235, point is i wont be staring at the screen every 5mins..
