At this point, I not sure we really need to disect it any further. I am using all the indicators I posted, furthermore, going from one pair to 4 pairs.....splitting up the risks. I really feel good about how far this system has come. Right now I am adjusting as things develop, so its not an EA that can go on its own just yet, and I am not sure it ever will be. But I feel there is definitely potential.

The Strategy Tester only goes as far back as July 23, 2007 for the 5min Charts on my Platform. So, I went ahead with the test from that day on. Here are my results. Keep in mind once again, the Daily Chart is strictly for our EA Entry, and EA Exit. You will see Red/Green Lines. This is when the EA was in action.

Post#110 explains the strategy completely.

The recent Results posted were done using the 5min Chart, rather than the 30min Chart.

I will go ahead and repost the EA, and the Indicators that I am using. Hope this helps.

system seems to be working good so far. I grabbed 850 pips since friday on the shortside of gbp/jpy. good job

An interesting method indeed. Jr, just to check with you, to get the EA to trade one direction like long for instance, do I leave max long orders set to 2 and change max short orders to 0?

Doh! I've just realised we're under 'exit short' conditions! Will exit trades and wait for the next signal as per rules, cheers,

You have a good method here,but cant we put a kind of alert for the LSAR cross and cant we base the comparison on a 4H tf instead of daily?

Better yet, if you open up settings under Common Tab, instead of the Inputs tab, you will see the option for LONG & Short, Long only, or Short only.

Actually, I am considering 4hr instead of daily. I am in test mode for that. Also, nothing here is set in stone. If anyone finds a better way to trade this system, please share.

Unfortunately no. Also, I am not sure if something like that can be programmed. I think what they call repainting indicator might be the problem.

I use the 4H TF to determine my short term trend. Then move to lower TF's (1H and 15M) to make my entry decisions.

Well, actually.....like I said before, nothing is set in stone. I've been demoing different Timeframes for now. I am favoring the 4hr time frame for indication of trend, and 30min for Entry.

I would appreciate if you kindly update the thread when you see valid signal setup as i suggest u are using ODL which uses thesame TF wit Interbank that i use.
Just for comparison reasons though.
