yur right buddy ...it is absolutely just about entery and exit needs focus and disipline...not sure if u notice but the guys doing really well in here are the ones not posting every 2 minutes cause its distraction..focus buddy and stick to a plan make sure entery is spot on and u will make money im sure..

Yep distraction is the enemy, as you'll miss something then make a stupid trade to make up for the loss.

I've quit several of the other sites i post on, and started occasional while bored posts on here, I plan to quit my company in time to remove most distractions ( talking phone switched off, e-mails off the works during busy times )

Trying to be patient on shorting EURUSD currently.

2 monitors are a must aswell, charts full time on the 1, stuff to stop you going mad on the other.
Nothing to it, but to do it!!! Stick to the plan FOOL!!!!

it why i lost money yesterday i got distracted and all the hard work building confidence was destroyed on a hunch...i learnt my lesson good. concentration is key to successful trades..its impossible to be disciplined if yur distracted

I've been short since 9912. You're right, it takes a lot of concentration to be successful and when trading real money there is nothing worst than someone casting doubt and aspirsions upon your trades.

definitely..doubt will always be there especially if someone experienced has a apposing view..and your swayed, then if u lose its even worse because u actually go against your own judgement ..and that quite a heavy blow so u have to be very strong in your discipline otherwise your doomed, but if yur on a demo u can use this to yur advantage to build the neccessary resistance, enhance concentration levels...or at least in theory ...lol
