that would be the logic of the fundamentals - we know that the market works on other factors in the short term.. but the fundamentals re-assert themselves so long as we are looking at the right fundamentals.. there is the rub

The outline I gave points one way - but I wonder what other factors might go against that scenario

simply a 7% fall in a currency in a few weeks might be enough reason to suspect an upward correction - but that plus fundamentals ?

I am not convinced that the GBP is heading for 1.82 - and I reckon it might see 2.0 before then

today cable tried 1.9790 level and went down from it. On daily channel it looks like a wave retracement as it was in the past, if so, he should continue to go down.

Just quick question. though if Retail sales tomorrow come out bad which its expected wou;d't GBP take a hit?

I think you are right. The weekly touched the 100ema and now up from there. Its just that odd last spike of 100-200 pips that could bast an account if you take a long for long term now. The 4H hit its 100ema and going down from there, so were will that stop?

If you look at 15M retracment going to touch 100ema and 61.8% fibo soon. Could this be the end of the retracment. Opinions?

To me this is only a retracement and we are in a uptrend..
We have 2 levels to watch closely.. 1.9666 and 1.9624.. If the first its broken maybe ill test the second.. And dont forget we have a lot of buyers @ 1.9625.. In Monday the Bank of Scotland recommend a strong buy £ with the target @ 1.9849 and then @ 2.0100 SL @ 1.9525...

This its only my opinion..
