Hmm cable stay around 38.2%.

there is good resistance at 1.9825-1.9830 levels

I would go long any breach of it at 1.9835 going all the way to 1.9890

200 sma on 1H chart is at 1.9828.
It's the fourth attempt in 2008 that this level is tested. So far, this sma has proven to be very strong resistance.

So, I would agree that a crean break above that level would indicate a move upwards.

Dare enough to SHORT anyone? This is against the trend... but lately... no trend... just UP and DOWN Place tight SL if you do... and when more than 10 pips on the GREEN... place SL to BE straight away. Very risky if wanna go against the momentum. Anyway... I would prefer Buy From Dip.

I shorted at 1.9823 , because I have 38.2 fibs there. I also have the weekly pivot there. There's also a big resistance up at that level on Dec 31 to Jan 3

Those are EA and INDIS... given by a Forum member to me... from SAVANT.... not really accurate though... still learning how to use it.

If you wanna test it... get the files attached in the MALAYSIA thread... search for posts last FRIDAY/SATURDAY.... you'll find SAVANT attached it there.

Sir just curious are you an intra-day trader or position trader, or long term trader?
What trend? hourly, 4houyrly, daily, long term?

What trend is cable now? is it not bulls that are trying to go against the trend?

Just curious. How higher time frame protagonists analyze market.

Remember the SPIKE during NFP? Just look at the chart last Friday.

That one just for short term trading... already more than 50pips down from the HIGH by the way. Like I said... very risky to go against the momentum... that's why I said place SL on BE straight away.

I used M30 chart for that signal of SHOOTING STAR CS... just good for short term and scalping... anyway... if the BEAR does take over... just let the profit RUN by placing TS or moving SL lower and lower.

Best medium term strategy for today... I PREFER BUY FROM DIP.... be patience of catching the real CHEAP price to buy However if the BULL retrace more than 61.8% Fibbo from today LOW HIGH.... I might change strategy to SELL FROM BOUNCE... just got to follow the momentum. Lately... hard to determine the TREND... CABLE going crazy UP and DOWN....

Looking at daily chart... clearly seen DOWNTREND CHANNEL. The question is ... is CABLE gonna go up to the upper resistance of the channel... or continue going south to the Lower SUPPORT of the channel... since the SUPPORT hasn't been touch yet. Very tricky

YOU are absolutely correct and you obviously know what you are doing...and i apologize .... I was thinking of trying that short myself...but then i thought better of it....just that many new people come to forex factory and Blindly follow other peoples trade calls................ and that causes PAIN! maybe somenone without understanding a chart or reasons for someones call......... Cable moving so many pips in that short a period of time....do you think maybe its dangerous to post a high risk trade call like that on a thread? just maybe there are times when that trade Backfires in a big way... maybe you inspire otheres to try to duplicate your success but without your skill and experience......worth thinking about...... good luck to you... it is far better to post a chart and analysis so all can learn from great traders like you IMO
