very risky for now up or down

its looks like somewhere stoping cable something is distrubing to go up

lots of time cable stop near top level and not going to up more

my target was 9920 arrrond but something is distrubing there

took a short now @ 9875 CPP weekly S2 now resistance 76.4 of todays swing high/low stop above 9905
