i'm out now @ 2.0060

2 short positions

1- short @ 2.0130 profit = 70 pip
2- short @ 2.0167 profit = 107 pip

total 177 pips .... its fair ... greedy is the baddest thing in forex

yeah.. someone was pushing USD down just before news came out. otherwise we'd be seeing 1.9xxx now...

exactly for this reason traders do not feel confident to buy $ now.. maybe later or tomorrow.. we will see.. I am out after taking my profit.. which I expected to be much more

Hi all,

This thread is great it helps me focus on GBP/USD alone. I'm a newbie.
I entered short lately having determined the trend after the news. Please will this trend continue and at what point do i exist my short trade?
Entered short at 2.0062. please do advise.

have in mind that british pound is a fox.. the only person who managed to break this currency and become billionaire in one day is George Soros.. all the rest of us just hoping to take a small piece and most get burnt out like today.

did I tell that I was burnt? I did not cause I put my stop loss very high after I saw cable gone crazy.. but I guess thousands of traders got burnt.. I tend to think globally not only thinking about myself....
