Pleaseeeeeeeeeee do not tell us here that longer time frame is better for trading news. If that is the case you can as well start waiting for news at monthly time frame.

I deal time frame for day trader is from 5min to hourly, if you can get into a right trade at 1min or anything lower the better. If you do not know direction of trade you can wait at monthly time frame.

relax broker..
you look at 1 hour chart resistance , and if 5 and 15 m. charts confirm you take the trade.. I am a day trader as well.. the 1 hour time frame resistance says that you can still be short unless 2.0173 is broken.. but it will not go down smoothly.. price will go up close at this resistance level before going down.. have in mind that always price tries to touch higher time frames resistance.. and confirm you trade with 5 m. or 15 m. bars that is really going your way.. hope I was helpful.
