No, I can't. I can see it, graphically, however. It is always difficult to define SR region, but you can never say it was broke unless the short term trend continues breakwise.

put your stop loss at 2.0190 and come back after 8 hours... you probably have about 150 pips profit.. do not look at 15 min. bar especially before news
