I just realize on my chart...
Trade carefully... if price break the resistance then OK.. if not go short.

Think wise.

That's what my chart attached above telling me. Now, im not sure where is the direction from now on. For the last hour cable reach the resistance and quickly drop.

Yes, you might be right they want to bring gbp/usd down....
From my point of view, i need to see how this market behave until US market open.

Special attention to the Minutes today. Important will be understanding what was Fed's focus to cut rate.

This Minutes will also bring Fed's general outlook on the economy. It's Fed's new policy of transparency.

Expect bumpy ride later on.

Hi quicksilver, i have a question. I noticed that you placed 6 separate orders at the same price with the same t/p. Why did you do this instead of placing one order?

I am new to trading so i maybe missing something obvious here, so apologies if i am asking something that there is an obvisous answer to.

Also, most people calculate their risk, say 2% or 5% or whatever, and work out their position. So if 2% = $2000, and your stop loss is 100 pips, then you place 2 lots @ $20 per pip for your 2%.

If you make 164pips you make 164 pips.

If however you are trading 2 lots x 6, = 12%, this is getting risky.

One could say, instead of placing 1 trade of 2 lots, you could place 20 trades of 1 mini each, giving you 20x164=3280pips; but the result is still equal to 2 lots.

What about this? i don't think this will equal to 2 lots
I always use my brain when it comes to money management.
