price bounced at the 38 fib 9650-1158.. the 50 fib is around 2.04, that may come into play this week!

which was also the 200 ema on the 4hr. Double support level.

Its not the that Fed cuts are being neutalized by the weak dollar -- its the Fed cuts are CAUSING THE WEAK DOLLLAR.
