Out of Eur for 11 pips (it was a bad entry anyway . . . )
That's cheered my New Year a bit.

watch for the bounce to 620 then short again

previous 4 hr bar now looking like a railroad track - I think this should propel the move by tomorrows end to the low 400s

well that was nice, i trade from a technical standpoint and i am out of a trade prior to news if things dont line up but today they did. We had a 30 min pin bar back to the daily r2 that almost lined up with the 61.8 retrace. I got in on a retrace of the pin keepin my stop around 20 pts and my target the weekly pivot pt. The news did the rest. hope you all made out ok, i also traded the gbp/jpy which got its push at the news also, both were nice to trade from a technical standpoint today. let me know if anyone wants a chart

i might add that my position sizes this week have almost all been half what they normally are, just do to the market conditions.

This baby is range bound for sure I see 9560. It will only see the 400's if it can break 545 then it has a very good chance. If not then it will retrace again back up to 670 again.

If you go back and look at the move in July and August it went long for about 900 pips and then trade sideways until Nov. 27th when it hit this move it could very well take another month before it breaks out again.

Looks like Yen is calling the shots here... Cable and EUR ranging in a "nowhere site", but Yen is fighting heavily against its resistance...

Exporters said to be holding Yen below 119.0

this is how i trade, if things line up prior to news in certain ways I will trade, if not I wait till after the news too see if I can find an entry. I entered on the retrace of the pin and had a stop of 25 pips. My exit was just short of the weekly pivot the 50% retrace of the most current move(not shown)

I just wish the bulls would get out of the way here and let it go down a bit more. It hit 560 so fast I did not have a chance to close it.
