There is a joke about a very well known politician here in Brazil.

This guy went to Japan to learn how to work on the public interest but benefiting from it.

The Japanese politician said: "See that bridge over there? So... 10% in the pocket".

THe Brazilian guy brought the Japanese to Brazil to teach how it works here.

Cable has reached some significant levels on the monthly so I am thinking we could be in for a retrace back to 2.0665.

Hard to say, If we look at the long term chart like monthly or weekly we could see the resistance somewhere at 2.15xx level. My technical analysis all shows cable already touch the top resistance using channel, trendline even if we look at monthly chart RSI shows overbought.

IF next this next month candle show bearish, maybe we will going back to 1.95xx in 6-8 months. No wonder Brazilian bank buy the dollar.

I don't think cable will return to under 2 for some time. I am expecting a retrace of sorts before it continues up up up. The dollar is simply losing support and even an intervention should only have a temporary effect.

For short term yes maybe 2.08 but what i'm saying is the long long term... what will happen for this next 12 months?? Cable must go back to the monthly support atleast 38%-50% fibo then cable can go up up and up
