judging from QS chart, a good area to go short would be below 750 level. That is where the trend players should be taking profit. A failure swing and a break of SR.

top shold be somewhere around 900 but i don't think its gonna drop hard.

FX OPTIONS: Cable Vols Firmer - 1m Bouyed on Good Expiry London, November 6. Early demand for 1m atmf Cable vol in London Tuesday. Good expiry date attracting buyers, with contract falling on Thursday Dec 06 - last UK MPC and ECB rate decisions of 2007. Market paid 7.55 this morning and comes back 7.5/7.6. This compares to 7.4 highs Monday and 7.15 Friday. We also heard a buyer 1m 2.0980"s @ 7.55 this morning in GBP 100mln. Rest of the curve also under pinned - 3m atmf shows 7.15/7.3 and 1yr atmf trading 7.1 this morning, having finally shaken its recent 7.0 mid rate. 3m 25 delta risk reversal paid 0.65 GBP puts yesterday, but with spot back over 2.0850, we see offers back in the market. 2.0900 remains the short term focus, with soon to expire barriers lined up at that level.

You trade for about 2 years and you have experience. You started this thread (with a good prediction, i must say). You trade for a longer time than i do.

Please explain to me, how come i took 3 seconds to understand what is an head and shoulders pattern and you are still in the 0 ground just associating the picture to the name?


In the first second i did just that, i associated the concept to the image of an H&S.

In the next second i understood the psicology behind it, more than a picture, what is happening in a structural way, the sentiment behind it.

In the third and last second i learned how to trade it and why we should trade it after completation, or in other words after the break of the neck line.


You trade it because it looks like one, and it doesn't even have the right shoulder.

I saw ppl trading h&s before with the two shoulders but without the break of the neck, but... without a shoulder? Well...


Anyway, i know i know, probably you will get mad at me or even the others but you know what, its sad, because you were one of the few guys around that i used to pay attention, but not this way.

1 shoulder H&S?? I have had enough for today lool.

I'm not mad.. thanks for asking the questions. Actually i don't trade because of i look H&S pattern. i just post the picture for getting some feedback from other traders here. I trade using price action, trendlines, S&R etc.

For your info, i never ever trade H&S pattern because for me its very hard to identify the TRUE H&S. Only Soros can do that... or you but not me

cable move back to the resistance that good. Hope to see cable drop like rock in 35mins as long as price open below the resistance at 2.0875.

Oh, you know how to, don't lie... but the ones that really work are in dailies and weekly, and they are rare since reversals don't happen everyday.

Want to see a true H&S? By the book? Uptrend, H&S, Total Reversal?
