...in a daily chart we're still bearish...i'll reverse my position if cable went up to 0525.

Hi all!!

Can anybody tell what they have for their Average daily pip range on this pair. I have an indicator here set at +2 GMT and I think it works on either the last 30 or 100days average. My Average Daily Range is 127pips and my Current Daily Range is 50pips.

Can someone please confirm or correct me please

hey look, cable is still where i left it... it must be having a hangover from that monday party when it burped a couple of hundred pips, all at once.

i'm just curious, how did you pick those numbers on your chart... i think you have too many.

Since about 7pm to 10:20 pdt, cable has bounced up from 2.0470 at least 7 or 8 times. Around 9pm the bounce took it up into the 2.0480 range as it broke thru many prior resistance lines and it appeared it was on an uptrend again. Suddenly an hour later, it drops to 2.0456 in a blink of an eye. No news came out, no nothing. Just a sudden drop of 20+pips in a New York second. WHY? There has got to be 'forces' at play behind the scenes that are causing such unexpected wild, ups/downs to occur so frequently when such movements are not tied to some fundamental report or tech analysis. Can't you just picture something like a computer filled security tight enclave tucked deep under ground like NORAD in Colorado, with cigar smoking gillionaires (or gvts) are buying/selling gillions of dollars of currency causing this to happen so they become richer. That may not be as far fetched as it seems. Have a good nite all. And yeah..I do have a vivid imagination! lol

The numbers on the charts are base on The Elliott Waves
which is a trading method that was developed in the 1930's

It explains that markets psychology move in a series of 5 waves
and then they go into a correction phase .
