I hope you are right I am sitting on a bad long position 100 pips down. Cable at the bottom of the 4H channel I'll have to take a loss after 0245! Ouch and that just after a gain of 143pips. I guess I am still in the 54%, but I'll never surender!!!

Yes i know cable pointing down and but still in retracement mode. The long term trend still upward. We can short, no problem for that but for the long term investor they said "BUY THE DIP"

Morning all... it is one sad picture that of the H4 in cable.. melting, forgotten, beaten up like a dog who lost its teeth...

Ok, there is a 747-Cargo packed up with UK news to land next week... If they don't come mixed and confusing, we may see our beloved lil pig moving out of these triangles-inside-of-triangles BS...

But with the pack of US news today, I will not touch cable.

That's pretty wise, I'm gonna close my shorts soon too. I would not advise anyone to enter between now and the releases. Having said that, any plan for the PPI release? What if it comes out as expected? For me, it's an immediate short. previous was -1.4%.

Same view here, but I will jump in euro in this case to start building a position to ride a correction in the next week. I will be nice go start the next week with some +30 as a cushion in case things go wrong.

I think one of the best short term (days?) opportunities is in EURGBP shorts, if euro confirms a correction starting up (breach of 4150 level is my clue)....

This pair is trading the fibo levels pretty nicely. breach of 6946 (23%) brings 6900 (38%) and 6853 (50%)...

In the intraday I like to watch the 7:00 GMT price as a pivot (frankfurt open) to get started (today 0275). Went down in the 7h candle, up in the 8h, bounced off yesterday's low, refreshed the short term oscilators and it is bound 0275 again.

Clearing some 20-30 pips downwards is usually bearish for the rest of the day... (not factoring news in)
