That pound wasn't able to follow suit, it's a fact. The critical time started right now that dollar shorts started covering.
Dollar is likely to go ranging throughout the whole month until the Halloween rate statement.
And UK´s fundamentals are far from being supportive to the bullish cause. Craking 9650, confirms a long term trend reversal.

I´m not "calling a shot" here, ok? Problem, imo, is that "C" is lower then previous big time high, right at the time dollar was at historical lows against the other majors.... For the short term, there is a trendline in the 4H starting 9879 (Sept 18th) to watch... Now at the 0300 level...
I don't see BOE cutting rates this month. And we don't need it. Tame CPIs and/or 9-0 Minutes have proven devastating for the pair already....

Maybe the market believes that the Fed will cut the interest down. So cable may be stronger. I'm not sure.

It's 2.1000, not 2.0100... Careful with the difference.....
Short term, Euro is weaker and cable is weaker too.
