Actually I was talking about today+yesterday move only, which happen to be inline with the prevailing trend.

When cable cracks a consolidation area to the upside, it's hard to tell whether or not the trend will resume or it cable is just rallying for another fall.

And when the trend resumes, cable goes up never looking back.

I prefer the odds inside of long positions rather than bet in picking intraday top in this pair...

jeez it's early ! 10.36 British Summer Time and I am up already !

'No change' can be a significant market mover today even though everyone including the stray cat in my garden expects it.

Yet I have seen it move 100 pips on a 'no change' that 99.99999999999% of people predicted.

I understand.. what i mean is most people tends to trade against the trend by trying to pick on the top or bottom. Today is bullish bias for me. So i prefer to go long rather than short. But what do i know.. Everyone have their own opinion and system.

Just imagine this sideways carries on for entire US session, though very hard coz of so much news

but after a zig zag week so far, I would find it relaxing, even though I'm out of this game for now.

Congo !!! arrggghhh I missed that ! thanks for the tip - all my Congolese franc trades closed and all others too !!!!!

Some say even a lack of trend is a trend. It doesn't just go up with dips; it goes up and down ! thats clear enough - we could range trade it....

but they break out a lot quicker than long term trends and that is when we lose our crown jewels..

especially today - so apple pie time 5 minutes to go...
