DXY_M30. Visually, this is what I'm seeing. The market settled into a VAH and VAL with a pivot of 99.522.

Beautiful setup, and exact hit at the low and high of the day by Floating Fibonacci Levels.

Ok, we can now start to connect the dots on US troop deployments to the Middlle East. Yesterday news broke of 3000 armed US forces enroute to the Middle East. In total, that takes the US troop deployments across the Middle East to roughly 50k. Here's the latest from Trump:

White House says if Iran talks fail, Trump will ‘hit harder’
The White House has delivered a sharp message to Iran, saying President Donald Trump prefers a peaceful path but is prepared to escalate militarily if necessary.
“The President’s preference is always peace. There does not need to be any more death and destruction,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters.
“But if Iran fails to accept the reality of the current moment – if they fail to understand that they have been defeated militarily and will continue to be – President Trump will ensure they are hit harder than they have ever been hit before.”

So, the aim of yesterday's additional troop deployments was a US show of force, hoping that Iran would at least consider the 15 point proposal (Sent via. Pakistan), of which the highest priority was a cease fire. The next few days could be even more brutal than we've seen, since up until now, Iran has chosen Political and Military posturing over diplomacy.

Iran about 30 minutes ago said, they are monitoring concerning US military build-up close to one of their islands, they did not specify which Island, but we can assume they are reffering to Kharg Island. I don't know friends, this is a never ending story, and the markets are taking high and low blows on the fly. Trade Safe!

It's indeed a tough one. The Iranian regime guys won't lay low or give up easily and I don't blame them. They can not just let their roughly 50-year grip on power slip away from their hands.

In any case, they'll learn one way or the other. If China and Russia stayed away then they should have got the gist. Throughout history the strong always bullies the weak. It has not changed till date.

It appears there might be very serious gap down in price come market open next week. Maybe, just maybe. I am out of my longs with profit. I'll fold my hands and watch.

Agree, the June 2025 (Geneva) negotiations did not yield a "winner" as such, but it at least ended in a cease fire. What we have now is a dangerous situation where Trump wants to walk away with some form of victory. Mid-terms obviously putting pressure on Trump, to not only wrap up this war asap, but also start eating into restoring his approval ratings which fell to sub 36% since the start of the war.

GBPUSD_H1. The 330 zone could find support, given the location of SMA200, that trade would be as far as the pivot.

It's been a ranging affair of 1.32 to 1.34 the whole of March so far and we are now due for price break out.

War broke out price refused to break down 1.32, now the war is gradually fading and price return to 1.33/1.34 area... With just 4 trade days left and price trading above the decider of 1.3349, there is possibility of 200+ pips range tomorrow or Friday which may aim 1.3517 zone as far as price keeps trading above 1.3349.

Trade with caution guys as the break out of price is very close.

Tomorrow, 1.3330 and 1.3282 is at risk for GU. The short and medium term bias gets determined by the SMA200 and SMA100. M15 - D1, the only TF that's above SMA200 is the H1, that's heavy bearish imo.

Hi, here's a scenario where I used the March 10th swing high as the ceiling, this gets us to 200 pips south? Bearing in mind that there were 2 failed attempts at the March 10 high. Just thinking.
