Me, too I'm off... Hitting the road later on to stay 100km from this computer...

This was a week I commited myself with hard non-stop work with the feeling that we would see some sharp recover off the bottom.

Turns out it was true.

It's not always that we have some remarkable trading days like those last few.

I just fear for bravado. Yes bravado. Guess he's drowned in a mountain of pips right now, unable to post...

Cable daily close was 2.0130, cable high was 2.0137
Cable has higher low for the last 4 hours
These facts can give me a sign for further upward move, I still have 2 long trades running @ 1.9870 and 1.9904, I will try to open new long trades on Monday, and will keep them open till cable break 2.0348 and then I will check for my target, my target is not 2.0348, but breaking this figure can be the door that helps me for placing my target, I will try to buy at low as much I as can, I have a plan and I hope I can implement it

I'm with ya Pino....with UK on holiday this Monday, looking for pound to do a little retrace somewhere just below 0100 to reenter for a long.....

There's lots of strong resistance up ahead...2.0155 is the 50% Fibo of the entire move down, and 2.0180 is the 50 Day SMA....it's going to be pretty tough to break those, which will really be a test of true cable strength next week.

As I said earlier today - draw a trendline from July 24th to August 6th and we are sitting right under at the close. I expect a retrace down to at least 2.0000

Time will tell.

yass, this compounding formula works great, also read in "rich dad poor dad" the combo of savings + compounding can make you a millionaire easily and even many billions depending upon the amt. The fact is that each time I talk to anyone about financial markets, I tell them about this formula and suggest save in mutual funds or equity depending on their skill sets. i know there is a lot of talk about this chart says this or that chart says something els. do the chart's systems take into consideration the new market? that being the carry trade and the carry trade unwind? NO! this is one thing we must consider, it is not just charting the market, it is also figuring out what the carry traders are going to do. Much like corporate America has continually tried to find what the US baby boomer's want cuz they know they are a huge market, the biggest in a long time of USA history. So what is the carry trade going to do on sunday when it opens? well i was wondering if any of were think the gbp/usd very well may go to 2.0250. What are your thoughts?
