DXY_H4. I suspect GU might be heading for 1.3445. Once the low is in place, there's only one long target for me, the H4 SMA200/ 1.3580.

The Battle for 1.3500: Will the Pound Hold the Line?
The British Pound is staring into the abyss today! After getting hammered by weak jobs data and a cooling inflation report, the GBP/USD is currently sitting right at the 1.3500 psychological support. This is the "line in the sand" for bulls.

If we see a daily close below this level, the floodgates could open toward the 1.3420 structural support. However, after such a sharp drop, we are seeing some technical "oversold" signals. A bounce here could offer a relief rally back toward 1.3580, but the overall sentiment remains heavily bearish. Don't fight the trend, but watch for the fake-out!

ব্রিটিশ পাউন্ড আজ এক চরম অনিশ্চয়তার মুখে! গত কয়েক দিনের দুর্বল কর্মসংস্থান এবং মুদ্রাস্ফীতির ডাটার আঘাতে জর্জরিত হয়ে GBP/USD বর্তমানে ঠিক ১.৩৫০০ সাইকোলজিক্যাল সাপোর্ট লেভেলের ওপর দাঁড়িয়ে আছে। এটিই এখন বুল (Bull) ট্রেডারদের জন্য টিকে থাকার শেষ সীমানা।

যদি আজ দিন শেষে পাউন্ড এই লেভেলের নিচে ক্লোজিং দেয়, তবে পতনের রাস্তা ১.৩৪২০ পর্যন্ত খুলে যেতে পারে। তবে টানা তিন দিনের বড় পতনের পর মার্কেট এখন কিছুটা "ওভারসোল্ড" (Oversold) অবস্থায় আছে, তাই এখান থেকে একটি সাময়িক বাউন্স বা রিকভারি দেখে ১.৩৫৮০ লেভেল পর্যন্ত যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনাও উড়িয়ে দেওয়া যায় না। ট্রেন্ডের বিপরীতে না গিয়ে সাবধানতার সাথে ট্রেড করুন, কারণ ফেক-আউটের (Fake-out) ঝুঁকি অনেক বেশি!

GBPUSD has so far done 196 pips of expected 225 pips for this week and with a day and half trading left, we can asterisk 1.3435 as possible support and 1.3580 as possible resistance for the remaining of this week.

Based on yesterday post, which highlighted bears still having control as far as price stays below 1.3615.

GBPUSD_H4. I actually like this, we are approaching strong support. Based on recent P/A, we now also have a new pivot, 1.3650. I'm leaving the down sloping trend line in place, just in case the bulls gets trigger happy. I'm not looking any further than the SMA200 to end this week, if price extends to 1.36 it's a bonus.

EURUSD_H4. The euro needs to find SMA200 support to hold onto the Daily, anything below is bears. As things stand, the dollar has taken the H4. End of week, with some support, 1.1880.

It's in the zone, H4 inverse correlation is good, but it might be worth waitting for GU to find support first, just a suggestion. Low target would be SMA200. Good luck.
