Pound in Freefall: Is 1.3500 the Next Destination?
It’s been a rough morning for the British Pound!
The latest UK labor data just hit the wires, and it’s not pretty. The unemployment rate unexpectedly spiked to 5.2%, marking a 5-year high. As a result, the "Cable" (GBP/USD) has crashed through the critical 1.3600 psychological support and is currently struggling near 1.3575.With cooling wage growth and rising unemployment, the pressure is mounting on the Bank of England to consider earlier rate cuts. If the US Dollar gains more traction during the New York session, we could see the Pound slide further toward the 1.3550 zone. Traders, keep your eyes on the 1.3600 level—as long as we stay below it, the bears are firmly in the driver’s seat!
Today’s Trading Strategy:
Resistance: 1.3600 & 1.3620 Support: 1.3550 & 1.3500
Outlook: Bearish. The break of 1.3600 has shifted the momentum. Watch for a potential retest of that level as a selling opportunity.================================

যুক্তরাজ্যের মন্থর মজুরি প্রবৃদ্ধি এবং ক্রমবর্ধমান বেকারত্ব এখন ব্যাংক অফ ইংল্যান্ডকে সুদের হার কমানোর জন্য চাপে ফেলছে। আজ বিকেলের নিউ ইয়র্ক সেশনে যদি মার্কিন ডলার আরও শক্তিশালী হয়, তবে আমরা পাউন্ডকে ১.৩৫৫০ বা তার নিচেও দেখতে পারি। যারা ট্রেড করছেন, তারা ১.৩৬০০ রেজিস্ট্যান্স লেভেলের দিকে নজর রাখুন—যতক্ষণ এর নিচে থাকবে, ততক্ষণ মার্কেট বিয়ারিশ (Bearish) থাকার সম্ভাবনা বেশি।
