i think the big boys" will follow the main powers - if i was 1 of the big boys what would i do, not go against the reserve banks and the economy - not so economy, more where is the confidence - eg. the fed, its very unlikely if fed is hawkish on USD the guys will put money against that - seen it in gold this week - Powell was bullish on the USD but refused to comment on the $ which is fair - would look like a insider, momentum and decisions probably would of been made guessing at the FED and co - there would be more to it

i think there is manipulation against the natural flow but the market will always re balance it self, big boys" are like pebbles being thrown in a raging river that only goes 1 way

i like the big boys or stop hunters or manipulators or algos hunting topic - still we try to figure out what is actually happening, who knows?

Its the opposite for shorts obviously. Same setup like clock work except this time the scanner looks for them and I qualify them. Reduces my analysis time from hours to just minutes before a trade. Thank you to TooFar of FF for developing the scanner. Guys a genius.

The Big Boys plan a directional bias that can stretch for months if not years. This sounds simple stupid but pull up a weekly and a monthly of ANY INSTUMENT. SHORT OF A BLACK SWAN EVENT there is no way in hell they can follow anyone. It takes them weeks or months to unwind positions without shooting themselves in the foot. The USD is Weak, its Stonger than expected, no its really because "too late" Powell is being replace. Hogwash!!! At least 50% of the time they go the opposite way of rational thinking. It might take 2 hours to turn a cargo ship 180 degrees while a John boat can drive several circles or more around them n two hrs. They USE market 'news' to facilitate the transfer of liquidity and they almost never ever loose except for Black Swan Events like Sept 11, 2001, Covid, or the .com era. A Lehman Bros. does not happen very often and when it does a bigger gorilla eats their lunch.
They don't 'participate in the Market, they own it. The man with the gold rules.

GBPUSD_H4. 1.3665 is key, above this level the bulls has control. I'll wait for the low to form, since price is well above the SMA200, I maintain a bullish bias on this pair.

The GBPUSD price action on the daily time frame is technically sideways. There was a bullish drive above the 1.38280 intra-day horizontal resistance (red) on Tuesday but the bearish challenge on Wednesday started the southward price action that retested the 1.36815 intra-day horizontal support. Nevertheless, the bearish print of Friday failed to break below the low of the bullish print of Tuesday. We may see a bullish price action in the early part of this week before further southward market engineering.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

If the above area is broken up by bulls, I will wait for long set ups during pull back.

Pound Under Pressure: Can the Cable Find its Footing?
What a difference a few days make! After touching nearly 1.3900 last week, the British Pound has pulled back sharply to the 1.3680 zone. The "Warsh Shock" and a recovery in the US Dollar have traders questioning if the multi-year rally is over or just catching its breath.
This is a massive week for the Sterling! With the Bank of England meeting on Thursday and the US Jobs Report (NFP) on Friday, volatility is guaranteed. Currently, the pair is testing a major support level. If bulls can hold the line at 1.3620, we might see a run back toward 1.3800. If not, the correction could deepen. Trade with caution and watch those headlines!

Today’s Strategy:
Resistance: 1.3750 & 1.3820
Support: 1.3620 & 1.3550
Trend: Bearish correction in a Bullish long-term trend. Watch for "Buy" signals near 1.3620.
