Starting with the Monthly chart timeframe has several benefits. Top on my list is you see the overall Market Type conditions, if the market is trending or it is sideways.
Knowing the Market Type conditions, you can Scalp, Day trade, Swing trade and also Position trade , and maximise profits with the same risk R.
When you only draw the 4H SnR, you will experience many times the market test and then break through the lower timeframes SnR zones, and you will not get the +7.5R target profit like Rob usually post. When you know the 4H SnR zones which are near to the higher timeframes' SnRs you can mitigate the risks better.
You will learn by practicing on you own and taking notes.
Practice on these two pairs - EURUSD and EURJPY
It is easy to see the two different market types - one Trending and the other Sideways.

> when you have done your Monthly chart SnR , next you do the same on Weekly , then Daily.

that setup was before London Open which is risky because of Sydney session closing.
there is the RN 13450, possible reaction.
in such situation where there is no clear SnR level, it is better to look for the impulse wave then the 1-2-3 correction.

Look to the higher timeframe Daily and those Monthly SnR levels (violet).
A Daily candle most often closes across the MN SnR levels, may not be today but observe the coming days.
Therefore when day-trading, we try catch the swing highs and swing lows of the day.

Also take note of the 4H price action - the swing highs and the Close of the 4H candles. In most cases, the SnR levels have more weight like in yesterday' example.
Look at the 4H price, a high with two lower highs on both side ... Bill William Fractal!

The levels were calculated in 2020-May-18 - this place is marked with a vertical line. After the calculation, the indicator was deleted and a template was created, which I have now uploaded. You can observe the price behavior and its reaction to the levels after the settlement date. The lines were built according to the extremes of three TF - month, week, day.
I have a lot of examples in my archive, but I don't see the point in showing them. The author of this thread has already explained everything perfectly.
